As we receive a high volume of applications and assess them periodically, it may be a couple of weeks before you hear from us. Sit tight!

If you're shortlisted, you'll be contacted for a phone interview.

Our HR team will be in touch to discuss your CV, work experience, and expectations in relation to the role (this will take around 10-15 minutes).

If it sounds like a mutual match, we'll invite you to an in-person interview.

Face-to-face interview
Face-to-face interview

You'll meet with your potential managers, who'll share more about the role and ask you questions about your experience.

We're looking for strong technical knowledge and how your personality and values will fit in with our team and culture.

Please note only successful candidates will be invited to complete testing.

Testing
Cognitive and behavioral testing

All candidates are required to complete cognitive and behavioral testing. Technical tests are also a requirement for some roles.

Only successful candidates will progress to the next stage. For some, this will be the Technical Interview, and for others, this will be Reference Checks.

The technical interview is only applicable to certain roles, such as those within our software development team.

You'll meet some of your potential teammates and showcase your skills with a real-world, technical problem-solving activity.

Reference checks
Reference checks

If you pass Testing / the Technical Interview, we'll conduct reference checks with two recent professional referees.

We'll notify you before we contact your referees. Pending successful reference checks, we'll begin preparing an offer.

How do you ensure a fair recruitment process?

We hire based not only on technical ability, but compatibility with our company values.

We're committed to unbiased interviewing—our policy dictates that all recruitment activities must involve more than one decision-maker. Additionally, our cognitive and behavioral testing is supplied by an external provider. This means results are unbiased and supported by years of research and experience.

How long after submitting my CV until I hear back from you?

We aim to respond to all candidates within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that due to the high volume of applications we receive, it may take several weeks to receive correspondence regarding the outcome of your application.

What can I do to strengthen my application?

Applications which include a cover letter will be viewed more favorably. Students and recent graduates can include a copy of their academic transcript.
